Your responsibilities:
The responsibilities of a Junior Freight Forwarding Manager are tailored individually, taking into account the employee's competencies, strengths, and professional goals. In some teams or departments, greater emphasis is placed on communication, partner and client interactions, while in others, the focus is on analytical skills, working with systems, and analyzing process data. In this way, each team member is provided with the opportunity to work according to their strengths and develop in their chosen direction.
- Daily communication with clients, partners, and carriers by phone and email.
- Monitoring the cargo transportation process and providing clients with relevant information.
- Order registration and management in the company's systems.
- Coordination of cargo loading and unloading times and organization of reservations.
- Documentation management – checking and coordinating CMRs, invoices, loading documents, and other accompanying documents.
- Prompt response to discrepancies or unforeseen situations in the transportation process.
- Collaboration with team members and helping colleagues to achieve common goals.

- You have an education or are a final-year student and can work full-time;
- You are proficient in English (spoken and written);
- You are organized, responsible, and have good communication skills.

- Having experience in the transport sector would be a big advantage.
