What will your day look like?

  • You will coordinate client inquiries: receive requests, analyze customer needs, and prepare tailored pricing offers.

  • You will consult clients on transportation and logistics services, proposing the most efficient solutions based on their requirements.

  • You will provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring high-quality and timely support.

  • You will build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, as well as reach out to companies we have previously worked with to reconnect, present offers, and revive cooperation.

  • You will resolve various situations and challenges by working closely with the operations and transport management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

We expect that you:

  • Have a good command of English.

  • Hold a higher education degree.

  • Are a positive and proactive individual.

  • Are motivated and able to pursue goals independently.

  • Are results-oriented.

  • Have at least one year of experience in customer service.

  • Have experience in the transport or logistics sector (considered a strong advantage).
