Delamode Baltics has become an accredited IATA Cargo Agent

Delamode Baltics is now an accredited IATA (International Air Transport Association) Cargo Agent. This accreditation marks an important step in strengthening our international air freight services and confirms that we operate in line with internationally recognised air cargo standards.

IATA Cargo Agent status provides even greater opportunities to efficiently organise international air freight shipments, work directly with airlines and coordinate cargo movements to destinations worldwide.

The accreditation is also the result of our team’s work. Every day, our colleagues help customers organise international freight shipments, identify the most suitable routes and solutions, and coordinate the entire transport process from cargo collection through to final delivery.

International Air Freight Transport

Delamode Baltics air freight services cover both regular import and export shipments, as well as urgent and non-standard cargo to destinations worldwide.

Depending on the cargo, route and required delivery time, we can arrange:

  • international air freight transport;
  • import and export shipments;
  • urgent air freight;
  • preparation of cargo for transport;
  • customs clearance;
  • warehousing;
  • cargo collection and delivery to the final destination.

We assess each enquiry individually, taking into account the type of cargo, loading and delivery locations, and the required delivery time. Working with our international partner network, we help select the most suitable route and coordinate the entire transport process according to the specific requirements of each shipment, including any ADR requirements. The Delamode Baltics team will select the appropriate transport solution and coordinate the shipment from collection through to final delivery.

Urgent Freight Transport Worldwide

The team focuses on Just-in-Time deliveries, where transit time is critical, as well as solutions for situations requiring non-standard routing, customs procedures or individually planned transport.

These services are particularly relevant to the aviation sector, but they are also used across other industries where cargo must be delivered as quickly as possible to support production, maintenance or business continuity. Depending on the situation, our dedicated specialist team can coordinate urgent transport, customs procedures and other tailored logistics solutions required to ensure the shipment reaches its final destination on time.

Specialist Logistics Solutions for the Aviation Sector

In aerospace logistics, every hour can matter. Essential parts, components and other cargo often need to be delivered within a precise timeframe to help avoid extended aircraft downtime.

Our dedicated specialist team coordinates time-critical aerospace shipments and non-standard transport solutions, adapting the route and mode of transport to each specific situation. This enables us to support both day-to-day air freight requirements and more complex cases where speed, flexibility and continuous coordination throughout the transport process are essential.
