Delamode Baltics Team Among the Top Performers at the Alwark Forklift Championship 2026
The Delamode Baltics warehouse operator team performed successfully at the Alwark Forklift Championship 2026, which brought together 110 participants and 37 teams. Our team secured 3rd place in the team category, once again demonstrating the high level of professionalism of our warehouse operators.
The Alwark Forklift Championship brings together some of the strongest forklift operators from companies across Lithuania each year. The competition is not only about speed, but also precision, reaction time, concentration and the ability to handle equipment in challenging situations. The Delamode Baltics team came very close to reaching the final, with just a few seconds making the difference this time. Even so, 3rd place among 37 teams is a strong result, reflecting the team’s preparation, experience and the skills developed through their daily work. “I am very pleased with our team’s result. Third place among 37 teams is a strong achievement, and when only a few seconds separate you from an even higher result, it once again shows the high level of our operators. Thank you to the team for their concentration, determination and professionalism,” says Diana Karpienė, Head of Customs and Warehouse Operations.
One of the Best Individual Results in the Championship
We are especially proud of our colleague Rolandas and his result in the individual category. He completed all three challenges in 05:37.37, well within the total time limit of 12 minutes. Each task required precision, speed, concentration and accurate manoeuvring. This result once again highlights the importance of experience, equipment-handling skills and the ability to make quick decisions in warehouse operations.
The Team’s Image Was Also Recognised
This year, Delamode Baltics also received the award for the best team image. It is another recognition of the team’s unity, preparation and professional representation of the company. We would also like to sincerely thank the colleagues who came to support our team. This year, a large Delamode Baltics support group joined the event, bringing even more energy and motivation.
Professionalism Reflected in Everyday Operations
Participation in the Alwark Forklift Championship is an opportunity to demonstrate the skills that are essential in everyday warehouse and logistics operations. Precision, quick reactions and responsibility help ensure smooth cargo receiving, movement, distribution and preparation for onward transport.
Congratulations to the Delamode Baltics team, and thank you for representing the company so well.
