We are currently looking for an Oversized and Project Cargo Freight Forwarder who wants to work with unique logistics projects, complex cargo movements, and long-term relationships with clients and transport partners.

2639–4629 €/month
Gross salary, with an additional motivating bonus system. The exact salary depends on your experience, competencies, contribution and achieved results.

Your responsibilities will include:
The planning, organisation and coordination of oversized, heavy and project cargo transportation in Lithuania and on international routes;
Management of complex project cargo movements from the planning stage through to successful delivery;
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients;
Searching for new clients and expanding the project cargo service portfolio;
Searching for reliable carriers and negotiating commercial and operational conditions;
Calculating transport costs, preparing quotations and providing clients with tailored logistics solutions;
Coordination of permits, escort services, route planning and other requirements related to oversized cargo transportation;
Daily cooperation with colleagues, carriers, suppliers and international partners.

What we expect from you:
Experience in transport, logistics or freight forwarding;
Experience with project cargo, oversized cargo or heavy cargo would be a strong advantage;
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills;
Ability to plan, organise, solve problems and make decisions independently;
Good command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Russian would be considered an advantage;
Initiative, responsibility, a results-oriented mindset and willingness to grow together with the team.
