2700–4500 €/month.
Gross. The exact salary will depend on your experience, competencies and the level of responsibilities taken on. Additional bonuses depend on achieved results and are not limited.

Your responsibilities:
- Organising and coordinating full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) sea freight shipments.
- Administration of sea and rail transport orders and management of the full transportation process from order receipt to cargo delivery.
- Daily communication with customers, agents, shipping lines and partners worldwide.
- Monitoring cargo movement, solving issues and providing timely information to customers and colleagues.
- Cooperation with sales, accounting and other teams to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Analysing operational processes and proactively suggesting improvements to increase efficiency.
For candidates with more experience or leadership potential, we offer the opportunity to contribute to team development, process improvement, operational coordination, and to progress into a Team Lead position.
What do we expect?
- At least 2 years of work experience in sea export, freight forwarding or logistics.
- Ability to independently organise and coordinate international freight transportation.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to manage several processes effectively at the same time.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Customer focus and commitment to high service quality.
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Motivation to grow, take ownership and create results together with the team.
We will consider it an advantage if you have experience in coordinating colleagues’ work, mentoring or organising team activities.
