During the past 10 years „Delamode Baltics“ has become an organisation where we are working with more than 100 professionals. At the same time the company grew its number of customers and partners. Today Delamode Baltics, has more than 5,000 active clients and partners’, which is growing every day. We are active participants in transport platforms such as, TimoCom where we frequently find opportunities and new customers and partners.

In order to be a reliable and strong company for both our clients and suppliers, we are making great efforts to manage and control our financial flows. For this reason, “Delamode Baltics” has implemented a customer credit and debt management system, which helps to prevent the occurrence of bad debt and reduces the risk of acquiring insolvent customers.

The customer credit and debt administration department carries out customer financial reliability ratings, credit settlements and payment terms management, ensuring that payment for our services were received in time. Debt administrators’ monitor payment deadlines and we constantly communicating with customers. In order to obtain reliable information about our customers we are using special databases, getting results from latest reports.

To keep abreast of industry developments and to ensure best practice we regularly attend seminars, where we gain useful knowledge and are able to share experiences with other organisations. At the Creditreform organized seminar “Financial statements creditor’s point of view”, Debt-it’s an asset, we received useful information that made us sure that we are moving in the right direction to ensure our financial soundness.
